Point to point is the most straightforward thing we do and the most frequently booked. A ride to the airport. A restaurant across town. A meeting downtown. Getting home at the end of a long evening. You know where you are going and when you need to be there, and the job is to make that happen without you thinking about it again.

How it works

You give us the date, the time, the pickup address and the destination. We confirm the vehicle and the price. On the day, the car is at the pickup at the agreed time and takes you where you are going.

The price is fixed at the point of booking. It does not change because the traffic was bad, because the route was longer than expected, or because it happened to be raining. That is the difference between a car service and an app: the number you agree is the number you pay.

If your plans change, tell us and we will adjust. Most changes are easy with notice.

When point to point is the right choice

Point to point suits any trip with a known start and a known end. Airport runs in both directions. Dinner reservations. A single meeting. Hotel to venue. Home at the end of a night out.

It is not the right choice for a day that moves. If you have several stops, if you need the car waiting between them, or if the last destination will be decided somewhere along the way, hourly service is both easier and usually cheaper, because a day of separate point to point bookings adds up faster than the same day on the clock.

Describe the plan when you book and we will tell you which arrangement works out better. We would rather put you on the right one than the more expensive one.

Airport transfers

The most common point to point trip is to or from Portland International, and it is the one where timing matters most.

For departures we plan the pickup around your flight time rather than a generic estimate, accounting for the route, the day and the hour rather than assuming a clear road. For arrivals, give us your flight number when you book and we plan around it.

We also serve the executive fields around the metro area, Hillsboro, Troutdale and Aurora State, along with the regional airports further out across Oregon and the Northwest corridor.

The fleet

The right vehicle depends on how many people are travelling and how much luggage they have with them, which is why we ask both at booking.

Luxury sedans, the Mercedes S-Class, Cadillac XTS and BMW 7 Series, carry up to three passengers with standard luggage. They are the usual choice for airport runs and business trips, and the back seat is a quiet place to make a call or read on the way in.

SUVs, the Cadillac Escalade and GMC Yukon XL, take small groups and anyone travelling with extra bags, ski equipment or golf clubs. If you are flying with more than a carry on each, this is the safer booking.

The Mercedes Sprinter van carries larger parties in one vehicle with proper luggage space, which matters on an airport run where the alternative is two cars and two arrival times.

Every vehicle is a recent model and maintained to the same standard.

The chauffeurs

Our chauffeurs are licensed, background checked and experienced, and they know the roads well enough to make decisions rather than follow instructions.

That is worth more on a fixed price trip than anywhere else. Knowing which approach to the terminal works at seven in the morning, or which way around a closure is genuinely faster rather than just shorter, is the difference between comfortable and rushed. On a point to point booking the route is our problem, not yours.

They are also discreet. Whether you want to talk or would rather not, that is your call to make and it will be respected.
